Traveling to Maastricht from Different Airports

Maastricht Aachen Airport (MST)

• Bus:
  • Bus Line 30: Direct bus service from Maastricht Aachen Airport to Maastricht Central Station.
    Duration: Approximately 30 minutes.

Brussels South Charleroi Airport

• To travel from Brussels South Charleroi Airport to Maastricht by public transport, you can take advantage of a new shuttle bus service operated by flibco.com. This direct service starts on July 4, 2024, and offers a convenient and comfortable way to travel between the airport and Maastricht. It takes 1 hour and 45 minutes to reach Maastricht and there are 10 busses a day.

Brussels Airport (BRU)

• Train to Maastricht:
  • Direct train from Brussels Airport-Zaventem to Maastricht (1.5 hours).
  • Alternatively, travel to Brussels North and transfer to an Intercity (IC) train to Maastricht.

Cologne Bonn Airport (CGN)

• Bus: Operated by FlixBus, travel takes about 1 hour and 35 minutes and busses leave every 4 hours.

Liège airport

• Bus: Flibco.com offers a shuttle bus service connecting Liège and Maastricht. The service departs from Rue du Plan, near Liège-Guillemins station, and stops at the International bus station near Maastricht train station​.

• Combination of Bus and Train: You can take a bus from Liège Airport to Liège-Guillemins station. From there, you can catch a train to Maastricht. The total travel time is around 1.5 to 2 hours, and the frequency of connections is fairly regular throughout the day​.

Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS)

• Train to Maastricht:
  • Take an Intercity (IC) train from Schiphol to Eindhoven, then transfer to another IC train to Maastricht (total 2.5 hours).

Düsseldorf Airport (DUS)

• Train to Maastricht:
  • Regional train (RE) from Düsseldorf Airport to Düsseldorf Hbf (main station), then take an IC train to Aachen and transfer to a direct train to Maastricht (total 2 hours).

Eindhoven Airport (EIN)

• Bus and Train to Maastricht:
  • Bus from Eindhoven Airport to Eindhoven Central Station (20 minutes).
  • Intercity (IC) train from Eindhoven Central Station to Maastricht (1.5 hours).
