Conference dinner

for the conference dinner you have the choice between a classic and a vegetarian menu.

With shiitake mushrooms, apple, pickled onions and sorrel

GRAINOTTO WITH PUMPKIN

Barley, wheat and spelt grains cooked as a risotto with parsley, loads of parmesan, herbs and pumpkin
