Following a productive annual conference in May, the EBSA Council has been diligently working behind the scenes to translate your valuable input into action. We're excited to share some key developments:

• EBSA Strategy 2024-2028: The Council has finalized the association's strategic roadmap for the next years. This document outlines our vision for the future and the key initiatives we'll undertake to support your professional growth and the advancement of the community. • Current Working Groups: We've streamlined the terms of reference for both the Education and Training Working Group (ETWG) and the Conference Program Working Group (CPWG). This ensures they remain focused on the most pressing issues affecting our members.
  
  
• Introducing a new working group - the ICWG! We're thrilled to announce the establishment of a new working group dedicated to enhancing communication within EBSA. The Information and Communications Working Group (ICWG) will play a vital role in keeping you informed about association activities, fostering member engagement, and amplifying your voices.

Calling All Communicators!

Are you passionate about clear and effective communication? Do you have ideas for how to better connect our members and strengthen our online presence? We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the ICWG and help us build a more vibrant and connected EBSA community.
