BBP Workshop on "Movement of biological materials for R&D purposes"
BBP Guidance Document on Movement of Biological Materials for use in R&D
BBP has developed a guidance document on what you need to do to correctly ship, import or export different types of biological materials for use in R&D. What paperwork do you need to do and how should you pack these materials to make sure that they don’t get stuck at customs?
Prior to the workshop participants will be asked to submit examples of shipping, import or export of biological material, relevant for their institution. These examples will then be discussed in small break-out groups to thoroughly test the guidance document.
